YTAA 2018 Exhibition (Biennale 2018 Collateral Event)
Fundació Mies van der Rohe together with Creative Europe and World-Architects as founding partner are proud that the Young Talent Architecture Award (YTAA) 2018 Exhibition is among the 12 Collateral Events at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice.
The YTAA 2018 exhibition presents the 40 shortlisted works out of 334 submitted graduation projects from 34 countries in a comprehensive exhibition at Palazzo Mora.
The YTAA is organized by the Fundació Mies van der Rohe with the support of Creative Europe and with World-Architects as founding partner. As an extension of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Award, the YTAA brings together the best graduation projects from European architecture, urban planning and landscape schools. This year, China and South-Korea have also been invited to participate.
By bringing together the most talented graduates and the best architecture firms and institutions, the winners of the YTAA will have the chance to find comprehensive strategies enhancing synergies and complementarities with the firms and institutions of their interest.
This year the YTAA prize has merged with the European Medal for the best diploma and is organised in partnership with the European Association for Architectural Education (EAAE) and the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE-CAE).
The exhibition is open from 26th May to 25th November 2018 with a Press Preview on 24th May 2018 at 4 pm.
